A. Patricia Blackburn, 73, of Tampa, entered into heaven on Monday, November 22, 2004 at her home surrounded by her family and friends. She was a member of the University Church of God and was preceded in death by her grandson, Robert Hope Carlan. She is survived by her children, Linda Carlan & husband Arnold of Sarasota, Barbara Ann Coats & husband, Rev. Chris Coats of Illinois, Buddy Blackburn & wife Charlotte of Tampa, and Sandara Bergquist & husband Jerome Bergquist of Tampa; five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 10 AM Friday, Nov. 26th at Sunset Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening, Nov 24th from 6-7:30 pm at the funeral home with a funeral service beginning at 7:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Humane Society of Tampa Bay.
