Adam Kephart, 41, of Lutz, Florida, passed away suddenly in the early hours of June 16, 2021.



He was born on November 8, 1979 in Medina, New York, and was the son of Donald and Cheryl Kephart. He moved to Florida in 1998. He later met his wife, Dana Spears, of Thomasville, Georgia, and the two of them decided to make the Tampa area home and to start their family.



Adam was a gentle soul, who cherished his children above all else. He enjoyed sharing his love of sci-fi and gaming with his son Rhett, who is equally enthusiastic about these pastimes. He often took Sage on adventures full of laughs and daddy-daughter secrets.



He is survived by his wife, Dana, and their two children Sage and Rhett Kephart. He is also survived by parents Donald and Cheryl Kephart; grandmother Shirley Forder; brother, Daniel Kephart; sister, Diane Kephart and her daughters, Johanna Cuadra and Alexis Montes all of Medina, New York. Additionally he is survived by his mother-in-law, Deborah Spears of Thomasville Georgia; brothers-in-law, Davis of Thomasville, Georgia, and Dan Spears and his wife Heather of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, sister-in-law Dawn Conquest and husband Matthew of Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Family will receive friends from 7-9 pm Wednesday evening, June 23rdat MacDonald Funeral Home, 10520 N. Florida Avenue Tampa.
