Mr. Adam Paul  Worthington, 37, of Tampa passed away on June 15, 2008. He was a graduate of Forest High School in Ocala and earned his Bachelor's degree in Recreation from the University of Florida in 1996. He was an avid Florida Gator fan, a brother of Theta Chi fraternity, and an active memorabilia collector. Adam enjoyed life to the fullest, brightening lives and bringing laughter to all who met him.   Adam met Andrea Carson at the University of Florida and they were together for 16 years, the most recent 8 as husband and wife. He is survived by his wife Andrea Worthington, mother Patty Butts, stepfather Roger Butts, brother Corey Worthington, grandmother Marie Whaley, aunt Karen Vehrkens, and uncles Dennis Buda, Michael Buda, John Buda, and Robert Buda. He is survived also by a large loving extended family and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father Kenneth Worthington. Adam will be greatly missed and never replaced by friends and family alike.   The family will receive friends Friday, June 20th from 6-8 PM at MacDonald Funeral Home 10520 N. Florida Ave, Tampa. Funeral service with Reverend Charles Lapp officiating will be held 2 PM Saturday June 21st at the funeral home.
