It is with great sadness that the family of Albert Raymond Deering announces his passing, on September 16, 2018, at the age of 65 years.

He was born on March 11, 1953 in Brooklyn, NY to Albert and Patricia Deering. Al was an avid skier and boater and a man of great faith. A devoted family man, his greatest joy in life was spending time with family, and he leaves a legacy of love of family.

Al will be lovingly remembered by his children, Melissa [Nate] Jesse, Kristina [Brian] Reeves, Rachel, Andrew, and their mother Maira. Al will also be fondly remembered by his five grandchildren, Violet, Jack, Mia, Kaitlyn and Benjamin, by his sisters, Gaia, Christine, Teresa, Catherine, and by his brothers James and Stephen. Al was preceded in death by his brother Michael and sister Maureen. Al will be forever remembered by his 7 nieces, 2 nephews, and extended family and dear friends.

A Prayer Service will be held on Thursday, September 20, at 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and at 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., at Toale Brother's Colonial Chapel,40 N. Orange Ave, Sarasota. A Rite of Christian Burial will be celebrated in memory of Albert on Friday, September 21, at 10:00 a.m., at the Church of St. Patrick, 7900 Bee Ridge Rd, Sarasota.
