Obituary

Anthony Parrino, 63, a lifelong resident of Tampa passed away January 17, 2005. The joys of his life came through his family and friends on whom he lavished with his love, heart and generosity. He was preceded in death by his father Joseph Parrino. He is survived by his wife, Caroline Parrino; sons, Anthony J. Parrino & wife Teresa and Joseph Parrino & wife JoAnn; daughter, Joanna Caranante & husband Vinny; mother, Sue Parrino; sister, June Vento; brother, Joseph Parrino, Jr.; grandchildren, Anthony George, Demmi, Julia, Caroline & Katie; loving aunts and many nieces, nephews & cousins. The family will receive friends Wednesday (tonight) from 6-9 p.m. at St. Lawrence Catholic Church with a Catholic Wake service held at 7:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. Thursday at St. Lawrence Catholic Church with Monsignor Laurence E. Higgins, P.A. as celebrant. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery. Serving as active pallbearers are Anthony Vento, Jr, Sam Puleo, Jr., David Puleo, John Puleo, Paul Russo, Dino Trafficante, Mario Garcia, Jr. and Francis King. Honorary pallbearers will be Anthony "Bo" Vento (Posthumously), Sam Puleo, Sr., Joe Zambito, Sr., Joe Zambito, Jr., Anthony Tripolino, Raul Roque, Frank Favata, Pasquale Russo, Sr., Rudy Reina, Vince Caranante, Santo Trafficante, Joe Mangione, Freddie Solomon and Homer Arena. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association, P.O.Box 21475, St. Petersburg, FL 33742 or the Parkinson's Disease Foundation, 710 W. 168th St., New York, NY 10032.
