Mrs. Antoinette D'Agostino 92, of Lutz passed away November 6, 2018 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Lutz. Survived by her loving family. Family will receive friends Sunday, November 11th at MacDonald Funeral Home from Noon to 4 PM. A Catholic Funeral Service will take place at 2:30 PM Sunday. Further services will take place in Flushing, New York with burial in Queens, New York.
