Betsy AnnBudd(STARK) , 74, of Tampa, FL passed away peacefully on Thursday morning, October 30, 2014. Betsy was born in Troy, NY, in 1939 to Elizabeth Morris Stark and Robert E. Stark of Waterford, NY. She was a graduate of Waterford High School before moving to Florida, where she resided for the next 50+ years, and to begin the first of many adventures. Betsy was a 15 year employee of Spanish Park, Tampa and later in life was employed at the Hillsborough County Property Appraisal office. She enjoyed traveling and had a great love for raising her orchids; she was a member of the Tampa Orchid Club. Her family eagerly anticipated her trips north each year where she shared "the best stories" and her adventurous spirit. Betsy is survived by her three sisters, Corine Stark of Williamstown, NJ; Suzanne Stark and Angela Stark of Latham, NY; nieces and nephews, Darcee Heffner (John), Donna Vespe, Robert Heffner (Tina), William Heffner (Kim), John Hogbin and Robert Stark; several great nieces and nephews and many long-time friends. Services are private. Donations in Betsy's name can be made to your favorite charity.
