Farley, Billie age 93 of Tampa Passed on September 26,2023 with family at her side. She is predeceased by her husband Ray Curtis Farley. She is survived by her sisters Teddie and Kay Sue. Survived by her children:  Jacqueline (Travis), Larry (Margaret) and Michael (Susan). She was Nanny to her grandchildren, Becky, Lauren, Danny, Liddy, Andy and her great grand children Ben, Liesl and River. Billie was a resilient, sweet loving  person dedicated to her family and friends.

Billie was a proud coal miners daughter from Beckly, West Virginia.  Her hobbies were gardening, cross-stitch, reading, Bingo and having fun with her friends, neighbors  and family.

Graveside services will be at Rose Hill Cemetery on October 4th at 10:00am
