Billy Joe Randall Smith, 35, of Tampa passed away October 4, 2010. She is survived by her husband, Brian S. Smith; parents, John Randall and Carol Johnson; daughters, Elizabeth McCullough and Ashley Smith; brothers, Jonathan A Randall and John H Randall, Jr.; sisters, Karen Vanover and Dorothy Ann Smith; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephew, nieces;mother-in-law, Patricia Smith; brother-in-law, John M Smith; and sister-in-law, Amanda E. Heary. A graveside service will take place at noon Friday at Rest Haven Memorial Park. The family will recieve friends Friday at the graveside from 11:15 AM until service time.
