Bobby Keith Gatheright was born in Chicago Illinois. He was a Boiler Technician and Color Guard in the United States Navy. He was a self taught Master Mechanic and a Master of many Trades. He loved to dance and won Stepping contests. He loved to laugh and lived for his family.

He was preceded in death by: His parents, Louise Gatheright(née Trotter) and Albert Gatheright , Aunt Catherine Edgeworth,  wife , Eltonette (née Brown)and brother ,Wilbert Earl Gatheright .

He leaves to cherish his memories: his children, Nicole, Lashonda, Dina, Tanjanyika( Jesse) and Bobby, his brother Melvin(O'Neil), sisters: Michelle(Frank Jr.), Helene( Frank) and Kathleen( Charles) and a host of grand children, great  grand children,nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was loved by many and will be missed by all.
