Bradley Barrett Spurlin, 34, who was born in the Philippines and passed away on April 5, 2012 at his home in Tampa. Bradley is survived by his children, Brittany, Alyssa and Kaden;parents, Eddie and Karene Spurlin; brother, Brandon Spurlin; grandparents, Roger and Audry Daeffler and Pete Spurlin; niece, Sadee Spurlin; andseveral cousins, aunts, uncles from Apopka, Florida, New York State and Guatemala; A funeral service will take place at 1 PM Tuesday, April 10th at the chapel of MacDonald Funeral Home, 10520 North Florida Avenue, Tampa. The family will receive friends Tuesday one hour prior to service.
