Brian Wade Barfield, 48, passed away with loving family at his side on Sunday, April 10, 2016 at St. Joseph Hospital North, Lutz, Florida. Brian was born in Arcadia Florida. He loved life and lived it to the fullest. He enjoyed family, friends, sky-diving, the beach, traveling, movies, dancing and so much more. Brian had an amazing sense of humor and never met a stranger. Brian was a loving partner, son, grandson, brother and great friend to many. He is survived by his partner, Ed Thorne, Land O'Lakes, FL, mother, best friend and confidant, Fonda McKibben, Jacksonville, FL, father, Ralbert Barfield, Nocatee, FL, sister, Paula Condon, Merritt Island, FL, step-sister Jennifer McKibben, Pensacola, FL, grandmothers, Edna Waters, Jacksonville, FL and Pauline Barfield, Arcadia, FL, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by step-father Ray McKibben and grandfathers George Waters and Ralbert Barfield. Brian will be missed greatly by his family and many friends but rest in the assurance that he is with our Loving Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
