Carolyn J. Blair, age68 of Tampa passed away September 20, 2021 at AdventHealth Hospital Tampa. She was born inIndianapolis, Indiana and came here in1970fromIndiana. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. Carolynis survived by4 children, Annette Sizemore, David Blair, Jennifer Blair, and Kristal Blair;3 sisters, Sharon Lake, Marlene Mortonand Angela Blair-Woodham, all of Florida;1 brother, Gary Bailey of Indiana; 14 grandchildren, Xavier Blair, Skyler Ramon, Elijah Ramon, Angelica Ramon, Nina Kay Bennett, James Dillon Bennett, Hailey Blair, Nathan Blair, Rachel Blair, Drake Blair, Koriayn Rocco, Michael Rocco, Raelyn Rocco, Cadence Rocco; and2 great grandchildren, Grady Murphy, Willow Mathews.

Family will receive friends Tuesday, September 28th from 10 AM -12 Noon at the chapel of MacDonald Funeral Home.A graveside service to follow at 1 PM at the Garden of MemoriesCemetery.(Everyone is asked to meet at the cemetery, no funeral procession)
