Carrie Marie Ward, 34, of Tampa passed away June 14, 2015. She was born in Davenport Iowa. She was a graduate of River Bible Institute Tampa. She is survived by her husband, Burley Ward; her parents, Jeffrey and Pamela Carlson; brother, Nathan Carlson & wife Courtney; sister, Tiffany Sanders & husband Dusty; grandmothers, Beverly Kemp and Virginia Carlson; aunts, Kathy Swanson & family, and Julie Johnson & husband Willis and family;uncles, Russell Carlson & wife Lucretia and family, and David Carlson & wife Marcia and family; several cousins, nieces, nephews and her three cats. The family will received friends Saturday, June 20th from 2-4 pm at MacDonald Funeral Home.

Further services and burial will take place in Maquoketa, Iowa.
