Charles Warren Mobley, Jr. "Dub", 23, of Tampa passed away March 15, 2017. He was always happiest on the baseball field or with a fishing pole in his hand. Charles had a good heart and was loved by many. He never met anybody he didn't know. Charles is survived by his mother, Dawn Fountain; father, C.W. Mobley; brother, Cody Mobley; grandparents and other extended loving family. He is in God's hands and no longer fighting his battles.
