Charles H. Taylor, 88, of Lutz, Florida passed away on April 6th, 2017. Charles was a Korean War veteran who served in the United States Army. After his military service, he worked for and retired from the Florida Department of Transportation. Charles was a member of the Forest Hills Church of Christ. Music was a lifelong passion for him, and he was a self-taught musician who loved to share music with his friends and family. He was also a very outgoing person, and he made many friends throughout his lifetime. Charles was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Edna Taylor, as well as his three children: Son Terry Taylor and his wife Janet, Daughter Barbara Rathel, and Daughter Charlotte Waddle and her husband Kevin. Charles is also grandfather to five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. He was deeply loved by his family, and he will be greatly missed.
Graveside service will be held at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell on Tuesday, April 11th at 11:30 AM.
