Christopher (Chris) Guy Riley, age 54, passed away June 2, 2023 at our home in New Port Richey, Florida. He was surrounded by his wife, children, and family.

Chris was born June 23, 1968 in Birmingham, Alabama, but grew up in Sebring, FL where he remained close with many of his school friends. By the age of 8, Chris knew he loved computers and started learning and building. As an adult, he moved to Tampa to begin his career in Technology. He finished his career as a VP of Cyber Security at Verizon.

Chris had a passion for life, building strong relationships with family, friends, and colleagues. He was famous for his wit and humor and was always looking for the next best Dad joke. He loved to cook, but his favorite were BBQ's with the family. He was a selfless and loving husband, son, and brother, but his favorite role was being a father and grandfather.

Chris is survived by his wife of 22 years, Jennifer (Jenn) Riley; his mother, Ann Polny; his brother, Blair Polny; his sons Matthew Riley-Warner and Bryce Riley along with his daughters, Bree Ward, Brooke Bean, and River Bean; and his grandchildren, Aiden, Tinsley, Myla, and Willow.

In lieu of a funeral service, we will have a memorial/celebration of life at our home in New Port Richey, FL on Sunday, July 2nd, 2023.
