Clarice E. Mayer 91, of Tampa went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, April 17, 2016. She was a long time resident of Tampa but was born in Pataskala, Ohio. She was the Food Service Manager for Good Samaritan Hospital for many years. She is preceded in death by her husband, George Mayer. She is survived by her sons, George (Carol) and Gregg (Glenna); four grandchildren, Chad, Troy, Andy (Kristen) and Shauna Maniscalco (Joe); plus five great-grandchildren. She was an active member of Northwest Christian Church and later of Calvary Temple (Center Pointe Church). She was a wonderful Christian woman with a very giving heart. She will be greatly missed by many friends and family. Services will be held at Grace Family Church, 8610 Temple Terrace Hwy., Tampa, FL 33637 (Calvary Temple, Center Pointe Church). Visitation will be held prior to the service on Sunday, May 1st at 3:00 pm with service to begin at 3:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Dale Brooks Ministries, 19138 Golden Cacoon Place, Lutz, FL 33558 or LifePath Hospice.
