Mrs. Collene Schultz Christ, of Tampa was called home to heaven by our Lord December 4, 2004. She was born to Joe B & Evelyn Wilson Schultz in Ada, Ohio on November 16, 1931. The family moved to Deland, Fla where she graduated from Deland High School, Class of 1950. She received her nursing certificate from Gordon Keller School of Nursing in 1953. Mrs. Christ was active in the Arthritis Foundation. She was a dedicated nurse practicing at Tampa General Hospital, St. Joseph's Women's Hospital and the Health Department. She is survived by her husband, Roy (Dick) Christ; son, Rick Christ & wife Donna; daughter, Lori O'Neal and Cynthia Lancaster; sister, Eunice Kuyper; grandchildren, Christopher Christ, Jamie Fargen, Jason, Nicholas & Cory Lancaster and Angela O'Neal. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, Dec. 8th at the funeral home.
