Douglas "Scott" Hazeltine,born 1956 in Van Nuys, California passed away unexpectedly Saturday, October 18, 2014. He brought his family to the Tampa Bay area from Roseville, California in October 1992. He was a self employed contractor in the area. He was a devout Christian attending Tampa Covenant Church and Grace Family Church. He leaves behind three daughters whom he loved dearly; Krystal Willis of Tampa, Brittany Hazeltine of St Petersburg and Lauren Hazeltine of Lutz.; grandchildren, Nathan, Moriya, Rinoa, Aniya, Raine and Kingston; siblings, Patricia Hazeltine, Randy Hazeltine and Cheri Hazeltine of California; and several nephews. Scott will always be remembered as a loving rockin father. A blessed child of God. A Celebration of his life will take place at 3:00 PM Sunday, October 26, 2014 at Tampa Covenant Church, 13320 Lake Magdalene Blvd., Tampa, FL 33618.
