Mr. Dale C. Armstrong, 70, of Zephyrhills, Florida passed away October 9, 2010 while under the care of Gulfside Regional Hospice. He was born in Provo, Utah. Dale was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Dade City Ward, a retired Civil Engineer after 40 years of service, and served on the Advisory Board for Armstrong Forensic Engineers, Inc, Lutz, FL. Dale was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers. He is survived by his wife Janet Armstrong; daughters, Barbara Toomer (Jim) of Lyman, Wyoming, Julie Hullinger (Shane) of Nashua, NH; sons, Jeffrey Armstrong (Rebecca) of Wesley Chapel, FL and Gary Armstrong (Heather) of West Jordan, Utah; Foster-son, Raymond Falcon (Mary) of Huntington Beach, Calif; 12 grandchildren; sisters, Elaine Janelli of Syracuse, NY and Diane Robinson of Barberville, WV; brother, David Armstrong (Betty Ann) of Lima, Peru. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6-8 pm at MacDonald Funeral Home, 10520 North Florida Ave, Tampa, Fl 33612. Further services and burial will take place in Salt Lake City, Utah under the direction of Mountain View Memorial Funeral Home, Cottonwood Heights, Utah.
