Dale "Andy" Hawkins passed away October 31, 2013 at the age of 57 at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital in Tampa, Florida. He was born in Indianapolis, Indiana and moved to Tampa, in 1989. He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Stephanie Hawkins, son Chad Foster and his wife Daun, brothers Bob and Matt Hawkins and sister, Laurie Moritz. Andy served in the US Navy. He was a Master Scuba Instructor. Andy loved taking walks in the park with his wife and taking beautiful photographs of nature. Friends of Andy enjoyed his dry yet intelligent sense of humor. In lieu of a service, donations to the Alzheimer's Association (www.alz.org) would be welcome and appreciated.
