David A. Mohr, 38, passed away over the July 4th weekend in Tampa, Fl. David was born in Tarzana, CA. to Duane C. and Elizabeth C. Mohr. David was a West Palm Beach Culinary School graduate. He enjoyed working in fine dining and creatively sought ways to work as an entrepreneur. David is survived by his mother, Elizabeth C. Mohr; father, Duane C. Mohr; and sister, Christianne Ortega. A memorial service will be held at the Belleview, FL Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on Saturday, July 11th at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, please send any donations to the American Foundation for the Prevention of Suicide.
