Debora Lea Corbett, 62, born November 27, 1948, began her final journey with our heavenly family February 11, 2011. She was a Tampa native, graduate of Chamberlain H.S., "Class of 66", also held a B.A. in Native American History from U.S.F. She briefly lived in Ohio where she was a director for the American Cancer Society and Librarian. Later lived in LaFayette where she trained horses at Louisiana Downs. She had a passion for horses and motorcycles. As a member of "Women of the Wind" and volunteered her service for many community events. Also a dedicated employee of the United Postal Service for 20 plus years. She was a devoted sister, aunt and friend to many. With so many achievements in her life, the most important was the love of her family. A celebration of her life will take place at 7 PM Friday at MacDonald Funeral Home, 10520 North Florida Ave, Tampa. The family will visit with friends one hour prior to service.
