Diane E. Bergen, age 67, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 23, 2017 at St. Joseph's Hospital - South in Riverview Florida. She was born to Amos "Jack" and Assunta "Sue" Johnson in Brooklyn, New York. She married Steve Bergen in 1983. Together they had two sons. She was a loving wife and mother. She was a woman of faith. She is survived by her sons, Jimmy and Sean; a brother, Jim; a sister, Marianne; cousins, nieces, grand niece, and grand nephews.

A funeral mass will be held on Monday, August 7, 2017 at 10:30 am at Our Lady of the Rosary, 2348 Collier Pkwy, Land O Lakes, FL 34639. Her urn will be interred in a columbarium at noon at Trinity Memorial Gardens, 12609 Memorial Dr, New Port Richey, FL 34655. A memorial will be held for her at 1 pm at 16340 Hanna Rd, Lutz, FL 33549.
