Eleanor Mueller Oleson, 94, of Tampa passed away on April 14, 2019. She is survived by her sons, Donald Jr. and Kenneth; daughter Nancy along with 5 grand children and 8 great grandchildren, all of Tampa FL.

Eleanor grew up in Oshkosh, Wisconsin with her 5 sisters and 2 brothers. She was part of the 'greatest generation' that experienced the great depression and survived the effects of World War II. She came out of those experiences close to God and with a deep appreciation for the gifts that he gave her and the family she loved. She married Donald Frank Oleson April 2, 1949 in Oshkosh and moved to Tampa to start a family. She spent many years involved with Christ the King Lutheran Church and Christ Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Temple Terrace. Eleanor loved to travel and spend time with the family; she was always generous with everyone.

A memorial service will be held at Christ our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 304 Druid Hills, Temple Terrace, FL 33617 Saturday May 18th at 11:00am. A celebration of life reception will follow immediately after the service.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to Christ our Redeemer Lutheran Church in her honor.
