Enrique Henry Ruiz, 87, of Tampa, FL passed away on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at Saint Joseph's Hospital North.He is survived by Robert and Jo-Ann Ruiz, his children, Monique Ruiz Frasco, grandchild and a loving family. Family viewing will be held at MacDonald Funeral Home of Tampa between 10 – 11:30 AM on Monday, March 12, with a graveside funeral service to take place at 2 PM at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell.

Enrique served in the military as a Private in the Army during the Korean War. He later married Irma Santiago and raised 4 children, Henry J., Edwin, Robert, and Jo-Ann in New York and New Jersey.Upon retirement he moved the family down to Fort Lauderdale; spending the last few years of his life in Tampa with his friends and church family, Iglesia Juan 3:16.

Enrique enjoyed life so much; filling his spare time with gardening, photography, writing and art. His passion for the arts included the theatre.In his early 20s, Henry spent several years acting and directing/producing off Broadway productions, but the bulk of his career was spent as a banker in international banking.

Enrique will be sorely missed by his family and friends, especially his four-legged friends, Ginger, Gigi, Jake and Tina.Until we see each other again, may you Rest in Peace.
