Mr. Ernest A. "Ernie" Cash,passed away Tuesday at his home in Tampa.He bravely fought cancer for 2 yrs. He was born in Miami, FL., he was the son of Gladys J. Shore and Oliver Cash. He proudly served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam & remained a staunch patriot. Ernie was both a golfer & hunter, but was happiest when entertaining & surrounded by his family and many friends.

Ernie is survived by his loving wife Maritza; son, Jason; daughters Jackie & Jocelyn; mother, Gladys J. Shore; two brothers, Tom and Dick; and many extended family members and friends.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9 AM Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at St. Timothy Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens with military honors. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 7P-11PM in the wake room at St Timothy Catholic Church.
