Mrs. Florance "Fifi" Riad Ghaly died peacefully in HCA Brandon Hospital, on Sept 2, 2024 in Brandon, Florida at the age of 81.

Fifi is preceded in death by her husband Makram Ghaly in Fayoum, Egypt.

Fifi was born on Jan. 7, 1943 in Fayoum, Egypt. She graduated from Cairo University with a degree in accounting. The couple moved to the United States of America 1984. They started their new life in Tampa for couple of years then moved to California.

Fifi was often an example of giving. She was a generous individual who loved everyone in the family and also the poor. She was an active and dedicated member of the Church and often volunteered to serve the sick and the elderly.

A funeral is scheduled for 12:00 noon at St. George Coptic Orthodox Church, 2135 W. Busch Blvd., Tampa, FL 33612. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Fifi's life. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to St. George Coptic Orthodox Church at 2135 W. Busch Blvd., Tampa, FL 33612. Condolences will be at the visitation, the funeral prayer, the cemetery or at home. The family would like to thank everyone who came, called or sent condolences via social media.
