Florence Hyacinth Millar née Blackman was born on December 25, 1935, in Georgetown, Guyana to parents Dorothy and Clarence Blackman.  Florence transitioned to be with the Lord on July 30, 2022.

Florence affectionately known as "Florie" loved giving back and helping people in need.  She worked at The Palms for over ten years.

Florie is survived by her only child, Jennifer, her three grandchildren, Dale, Katrina, and Ricardo, and her great-grandson, Christopher.  She is also survived by her brother Lawrence and sisters Constance and Clemence.  Florence will be missed by many friends and family.
