Forrest Calvin Jones, of Pearland TX, formally of Santa Fe TX and Tampa FL, passed away in Friday, December 22nd, 2023 with family by his side. He was born in Batavia OH, to Forrest A. and Clara M. Jones on July 10th, 1952.

Calvin loved cooking, fishing, family, and his beloved dogs. He referred to his surviving companion, Nugget, as his baby.

He is preceded in death by his father Forrest A. Jones, mother Clara M. Jones, brother Marvin D. Jones, sister Dores Y. Jones, and his long term partner Carol "Katie" Smith. Calvin is survived by his daughter Lynnette "Lynn" Jones and granddaughter Kensley Clark of Santa Fe, TX. Siblings, Kathern Jones and Anthony Jones (Bobbie) of Tampa, FL. Nieces, Fallon (Burnell) Dominique of Lockport, LA, Danielle Jones of Tampa, FL, and three great nieces. Nephew, Forrest Jones of Tampa, FL, and many other family members.

Services will be held at Macdonald Funeral Home in Tampa, FL with viewing services beginning at 11am and graveside to follow.
