Frank "Bumper" St. Clair, 67, of Tampa passed away December 17, 2016. Visitation will take place from 5-7 PM Thursday at MacDonald Funeral Home, followed by a service at 7 PM. Private interment.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
