Mr. Gary Robert Brenneman, 60, died Thursday, August 11, 2005. He was born on April 5, 1945 to Evelyn and Walter Brenneman in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. He came to Florida in 1964 after service to the United States Navy and the Federal Government. Gary was employed with the Southwest Florida Water Management District for eighteen years. He was preceded in death by his mother, Evelyn Wesch, his sister, Judy Kaylor; and his son-in-law, Brian Chesnutt. He is survived by his wife of thirty-seven years, Wanda; daughters Tina Blount (Keith), and Sandra Dwinell (Bill); sister, Betty Bish (Harold); brother, Richard Brininger (Marge), four grand children, Jenna, Bailey, Jordan, and Thaddeus; and numerous nieces and nephews. He will lovingly be remembered by family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers for his intellect, wit, humor, generosity, and creativity. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, August 16, 2005, at the chapel of MacDonald Funeral Home, 10520 North Florida Avenue, Tampa with Dr. Hank Lindstrom officiating. Following the service, the family will receive friends at the Westchester Manor Condominium Clubhouse at 401 Westchester Court.
