Harold Lewis Fields, III, 55 of Tampa passed away June 30, 2007. He is survived by his mother, Charlotte Kimm; daughters, Kimberly and Sonya Fields; brothers, Roger and Ken Fields; sister, Kathleen Fields Renziehausen; grandson, Phillip Campisi; girlfriend, Keri Anne Bennett. Funeral services will be held Friday July 6, 7:00 pm at MacDonald Funeral Home, 10520 N. Florida Ave. Tampa, Fl. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service from 6 to 7 PM.
