Harold Glen Nida, age 73, passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2016. He was born at home on March 18, 1943 in Rogers, AR to Claude Dean and Gladys Ruth Nida, the 10th of their 14 children. Harold was graduate of Udall High, Udall Kansas in 1960. He had a decorated 30 year career with DuPont Pharmaceuticals, winning the prestigious Executive Council - 6 times, Salesman of the year and District of the Year awards multiple times along with various other awards of recognition.Harold spent his youth growing up in Arkansas and Kansas. In 1985 he relocated to Northern Kentucky, eventually moving to Florida in 1989, which he has considered home. Dad looked forward to the day he could retire and fulfill his passion of woodworking, a hobby he shared with his father. He filled our homes with many treasured gifts. Dad was a devoted Christian which became more a priority over the years. He had an amazing understanding and knowledge of the Bible. The two causes close to his heart were the Homeless and Veterans charities. Known for his sense of humor and short fuse Harold is Survived by his children: Christie Anees (Tariq), Martin Nida (Leigh), Stacy Stump (Michael), His grandchildren: Sara, Sabaa, Alia and Hana Anees, Kaileigh, Cassidy and Avery Nida, Brayden, Ainsley and Collin Stump, His siblings: Norma Todd, Betty Allison, Billy Nida, Gaylen Nida, Terry Nida, Janice Simpson and Linda Parker. Predeceased by: His parents, Claude Dean and Gladys Ruth. His brothers Gordon, Kenneth and David. His sisters Kathryn Bobbit, Vicki Gardner and Dorothy Walton.
