She attended one year of Law school in Phoenix at Arizona State University where she suffered a serious neck injury. She moved back to Washington and after a year of trying to find a doctor that would do a triple disk neck replacement her brother Mark allowed her the opportunity to go to Germany accompanied by her mother and have the surgery done by the doctor that designed the ProDisc. It was successful! While there; they were able to live a dream of going to Salzburg Austria and visiting many of the Sound of Music movie sights. It was an awesome and unforgettable trip. Successful surgery and lifetime dream!
Holly moved to Tampa after that to live out her last 10 years of her life. They were rough years for Holly and family. We lost J.J. who lived 5 minutes from us. Then David in a terrible car accident in Phoenix. Holly never quite got over their loss. Holly had many health issues – failing bones and stomach problems and a Broken Heart.
I know she is at peace now in the arms of Jesus. She has her dad and brothers and lots of family and friends by her side.
I can see her right now doing what she loved the very most – riding her horses – Stargazer and Savanna. Running full speed – hair blowing in the Wind – Loving every minute – You GO Girls- We Love You
We are Blessed with Beautiful memories of your Life. You will Always live in our hearts forever.
I'm Free - Unknown
Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free,
I'm following the path God laid for me.
I took his hand when I heard his call,
I turned my back and left it all.
I could not stay another day,
To laugh, to love, to work, to play.
Tasks left undone must stay that way,
I've found that peace at the close of the day.
If my parting has left a void,
Then fill it with remembered joy.
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss,
Ah yes, these things I too will miss.
Be not burdened with times of sorrow,
I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow.
My Life's been full, I savoured much,
Good friends, good times, a loved one's touch,
Perhaps my time seemed all too brief,
Don't lengthen it now with undue grief.
Lift up your heart and share with me,
God wanted me now, He set me free.
Don't weep at my grave, for I am not there, I've a date with a butterfly to dance in the air. I'll be singing in the sunshine, wild and free, Playing tag with the wind, while I'm waiting for thee. ~~ We are as the wings of a butterfly, bound together with the love of God~~ Jenn, The Butterfly Box
