Ida S. Gerould, 94, of Tampa, Florida, is now with God. The angels took her home to Heaven on February 23, 2022. Ida died after sudden onset of an intestinal obstruction. She was the mother of four and is survived by 2 daughters, Wanda Fain and Sandra Romero; grandchildren, great‑grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, 4 siblings and her many nieces and nephews. Ida was the oldest of 10 children. She appreciated country music and "cutting a rug" down at the honky-tonk, fresh air and sunshine, along with growing vegetables and flower gardening.

Ida will be laid to rest with her late husband Eugene M. Gerould at the Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL, on March 18, 2022.
