Irene Kandel Ranck, 85, of Tampa, passed away peacefully on January 2, 2015. Born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, she moved to Florida in 1980. She is preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Robert Burrell Ranck. Being with her family was her greatest love and joy. Irene was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She is survived by her three children, 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and her sister, Gloria Kandel Kropa. A memorial service will take place at 5 PM Monday, January 12th at West Broad Street Baptist Church.
