Jack G. Caldwell, 83, of Brandon passed away October 12, 2007. He was born and raised in Birmingham, Ala, served with the U.S. Navy during WWII, was an engineer for G.E. for many years and taught Math at Jefferson State College. He was a member of and judge for the Hemerocallis Society. Jack was preceded in death by his mother, Emma Sue Dean and father, Wash Caldwell. He is survived by his brother, Bill Caldwell (Cathy), Ohio; & cousin, Sue Cowan (Larry), Texas; A memorial service will take place 10:30 AM today, Sunday at Delaney Creek Lodge, Brandon. In lieu of flowers, send contributions to a charity of choice.
