James Phillip Bailey, 55, of Riverview died on Tuesday, March 21, 2006. He is survived by his fiancée, Dianne Pack; his mother, Phyllis Joan Bailey; his daughter, Jennifer; his son, Casey and daughter-in-law, Elizabeth; brother, Timothy and sister Michele. Jim is also survived by Dianne's two children, Chad Wolfe and Kerrie Fitzgerald, and their maternal grandfather Ray Pack. Jim attended the University of Florida, later receiving his degree from the University of South Florida. He worked in restaurant equipment sales, as did his father, James Thomas Bailey, who died in 1992. Jim was a Regional Sales Manager for Empire Equipment Company. Jim was an avid sports fan and was very loyal to his beloved Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Florida Gators. In recent years he also became a fan of the Tampa Bay Lightning. Jimmy loved movies, holidays, military history, good food, travel, reading, and being at home relaxing with his friends and loved ones. A visitation will take place Sunday, March 26th from 2-4 PM at MacDonald Funeral Home, 10520 North Florida Avenue. A private family burial to follow. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association or the Fisher House, which is a charitable organization that enables military family members to be close to a loved one at the most stressful time –during hospitalization for an illness, disease or injury, or donate to a charity of your choice.
