James Stuart Mertz, 59, of Tampa passed away March 18, 2016. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Mertz; parents, Victor and Mary Wootan, brother, Thomas Ort; sister, Marta Hernandez. James is survived by his daughters, Theresa (Bradley) Mullennix of Los Angeles, CA, Lori Mertz of Richmond, KY, Tory Mertz of Richmond, KY; son, Robert Conner of Port Richey, FL; grandsons, Jeremy Wright and Kyle Mullennix; best friend, Tom Mullins; nieces and nephews.
