Mrs. Jane R. Hamil, 88, a native of Rochester, New York and a resident of Temple Terrace since 1954, passed away quietly in her home on Wednesday, October 1, 2008. Jane is predeceased by her husband, Clinton C. Hamil and her parents, Elias and Myrna Hockenbury. Jane enjoyed life and always maintained a positive attitude that endeared her to her special circle of friends. She took pleasure in traveling the world with her late husband and valued the simple comforts of her home. Jane was a long-time member of the Temple Terrace United Methodist Church. Viewing will be held at the Church on Saturday, October 4, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. with services to follow at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Myrtle Hill Memorial Park.
