Jay Curtis Johnson's Obituary
Mr. Jay C. Johnson, 82, went to be with the Lord April 8, 2008. Jay retired in 1985 after 35 years with GTE. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Laura; 4 children, Cheryl Fante (Joe), Lyle Johnson (Katherine), Gayla Delly (Pat), and Darryl Johnson; sister, Leona Mayo (Tommy); 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will take place Saturday, April 12 at 10:00 AM at MacDonald Funeral Home, 10520 N. Florida Ave. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 5 to 7 PM. Flowers are accepted or donations may be given to Hope Children's Home.
