Jean Elizabeth Long, 61, ofTampa, Fl passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2016. She was born in Philadelphia, PAand moved here in 1960 coming from Richmond, VA. She was an Administrative Manager for the Pinellas County Government, previously for the City of Tampa. She was of the Catholic faith. She was preceeded in death by her parents Francis and Mary Virginia Flannery and her brother William. She is survived by her son, Jamison Long and grandson Dallas of Tampa; sister, Mary Carole Lynch (Donald) of Virginia Beach, VA; brothers, Robert Flannery of Tampa andDr. Michael Flannery (Terri) of Wesley Chapel, Fl; nieces and nephews, Frank Lynch (Kristi), Sean Lynch (Justyn), Kate Miner (Dorman), BrendanFlannery (Liz), Kara Flannery, Kevin Flannery, Patrick Flannery, and John Flannery; great nieces and nephew, Emma, Olivia, Peyton, Kendall, and Brody Lynch. A memorial service will take place at 4 PM Sunday, March 13th at MacDonald Funeral Home, 10520 N. Florida Ave, Tampa, FL 33612. The family will receive friends prior from 2 PM until service time.
