COOKE-WHITE, Jeanette A. 74, of Tampa passed away Oct 9, 2007.She was born to James Cooke and Ivey Isola Armstrong on March 29, 1933. Jeanette gave birth to a son, Richard and a daughter Michelle. Jeanette worked most of her life in New York City and upon retirement relocated to Tampa, Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Joyce and Ghita.She is survived by her son, Richard Cooke (wife Linda); daughter, Michelle White; four grandchildren, Adrian Cooke, Jaleesa Cooke, Nile Haynes and Nubia Haynes; sisters, Hyacinth Cooke and Vandelette Ford; step-mother, Edna Lyttleton-Cooke; nephews, Aubrey Fenton, Jr.(wife Anna) and Bradford Norford; nieces, Stephanie Ford-Aaron, Eleanor, Marjorie and Betty Owens and a host of other loving family and friends. A Visitation will take place5-7 PM Monday at the chapel of MacDonald Funeral Home 10520 N Florida Ave, Tampafollowed by a 7 PM funeral service. Private interment Tuesday at Rest Haven Memorial Park.
