Obituary
Joaquin Mendez, Jr., 23, of Tampa passed away September 10, 2016. He is survived by his parents, Joaquin and Maria Mendez; siblings, Jason Mendez, Samantha Mendez and Arnold Garcia;grandparents, Roberto Garcia and Josefina Jimenez. A mass will be held on Saturday, Sept. 17, 2016 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Ybor City at 11:30 am. Burial will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park.
