In memory of John William Featherson. Born in the Detroit area. Son of Albert John Featherston and Maureen Madonna Cosgrove Featherston. Brother to Mary Carol Featherstone. He is survived by his sister Nancy Patterson Rios and his  nephew John. John was a veteran of the United States Navy; stationed in San Diego and Jacksonville, and traveled the world from the Arctic Circle, to the Equator; from Australia to the Suez Canal. He was a history buff, and talented handyman, and a Detroit Lions fan. John was a beloved son, brother, and friend.
