John Richard Franks, 66, of Tampa, FL passed away December 9, 2015 at his home. He was born in Maryland and was a resident of Tampa since 1949. John was a retired carpenter. He is survived by his loving family. A memorial service to honor John's life will take place at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 23, 2016 at Family of Christ Lutheran Church, 16190 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL 33647
