John Robert Meredith, passed away peacefully at home in Sun City Center, Fl. on Jan. 7, 2014. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of sixty-one years Elizabeth Jane (Brothers) Meredith. He is survived by three sons, Ray, Dale, and Roger Meredith, two daughters Elaine Hardin and Margaret Isaacs; eleven grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren. He honorably served in the Marines and Army in both WWII and Korea. He was a lifetime member in the American Legion, DAV, VFW as well as the Eagles Club. There will be a memorial Mass announced at a later date. The family has asked in lieu of flowers please make a donation to Sun City Center Hospice House in John's name. Dad, grandpa, great-grandpa we will all miss you dearly.
