RASCH Ph.D., John D., 67, passed away August 6, 2017 in Tampa Florida. John was born February 6, 1950 in New York City. John was a professor at the University of South Florida for over 30 years in the department of Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling. He is preceded in death by his parents, Royal Rasch and Mary Rasch. He is survived by his loving son Eric Rasch.
